This pewter hamsa necklace is embellished with a bird inlaid with Pacific opal Swarovski crystals. The ornate chain is held together by a clasp of two hands holding one another.
The hamsa is an ancient Jewish and Middle Eastern symbol of the Hand of God. It is said to bring its wearer happiness, luck, health, and good fortune. This necklace is the creation of artist Mary DeMarco of Baltimore, Maryland.
